Across London you’ll find many great events and opportunities for all ages of Quakers and the Quaker curious. Some happen regularly, such as the Young Adult Quaker Meeting. There are also special events, such as the London Link group residentials.
You can also join the London Children, Youth and Families WhatsApp Community for regular updates on events, opportunities, and resources. Please contact Julia Stacey using the Contact page!
Many London Quaker local meetings run children and young people’s meetings. This can look a little different from meeting to meeting, but rest assured we do not expect children to sit perfectly still and quiet for an hour! Instead, they will enjoy games, crafts, walks and many other fun activities that teach them about Quaker values and practices. Other themes can include interfaith exploration, environmentalism, and pacifism. Children and young people will usually join the adults for a few minutes of silent worship at the end of meeting.
Are you aged 10 - 14? Come join us for chats, crafts, games and a bit of worship with other Quaker and Quaker curious preteens. Open to all in London and beyond!
Check out the calendar page for upcoming events!
London Link Group is a volunteer-run Quaker group that organises events to bring Young Quakers aged 11-18 together. They run the monthly Teenage Quaker Meeting, along with other fun events like trips to theme parks, parties and residentials.
While the monthly London Teenage Quaker Meeting is for attendees 13 - 19, other London Link events are open to those 11 – 18.
Meetings take place 14:00 - 16:00 on the forth Sunday of each month at Westminster meeting house.

Hello Friends!
My name is Julia Stacey, and I am the London Children and Youth Development Worker.
Before this role, I’ve enjoyed an ever varied and exciting professional life. Back in Canada I worked as a lifeguard, camp counsellor, community arts facilitator and workshop assistant. I also had a creative practice in textile and performance arts. Here in the UK, I previously worked in museums and even woofed on an alpaca farm! I am excited to bring all these experiences together to inform my Quaker work.
Outside of work I attend Friends House local meeting and am an active part of meeting life. I also enjoy swimming, sewing and dancing.
Please contact me for support, advice, events, opportunities, and training to do with all things involving children, youth, and families. Also get in touch with ideas, thoughts, and questions – I look forward to getting to know lots of London Quakers over the coming months.
